initializers/message_bus: rename file to match overall convention Even the filename wasn't using overall convention for files in Ruby... Jesus Christ... That's a reason why FOSS projects *needs* code review and a strong leadership. And one of my biggest grips with noosfero: lack of convention with regards to code, dependencies, etc. There are literally, plugins which uses raw erb/jQuery and others that uses some random React-like framework. There are at least three ways to configure the project (a .yml, .env, ENV variables, a plain ruby file), etc.
